- Customer is charged a one-time license fee payable on system installation granting non-cancellable rights to use the system. There is a required annual software maintenance fee, a subscription NewCrop and Data Motion fee and one-time fees for installation, configuration, data conversion, training, and any enhancements after system implementation.
- Customer is charged on an ongoing basis for the duration of which the software is licensed and utilized. Term licenses include software maintenance. There is a required NewCrop and Data Motion subscription fee as well as one-time fees for installation, configuration, data conversion, training, and any enhancements after system implementation.
